Gerald Waldon

Gerry was born and raised and still resides in Syracuse New York. For the last 38 years he has been employed by UTC/Carrier Corporation in Syracuse.

In 1970 Gerry became an active member of the Central New York Softball Umpires Association. Gerry went on to become a member of the Central New York USSSA and held the office of Secretary/Treasurer from 1974 through 1988. Later, Gerry held the office of President of the CNY USSSA for seven years.

After retiring from CNY USSSA in 1996, Gerry and his daughter co-directed the Solvay Men's Softball League for 12 seasons.

Gerry enjoys Syracuse University Sports, Yankee Baseball, Miami Dolphin Football and vacationing in Sarasota, Florida
