Inducted : March 2023, Lake Ronkonkoma, NY.

I started playing softball at age 10 and played fast pitch and slow pitch travel ball through those
years and throughout college. I went to Bellport High School and was a four-sport athlete and
earned All-County Honors in Softball. I played division II intercollegiate softball at Stony Brook
University, and was a catcher earning MVP honors, Athlete of the Week several times, and broke
and held many hitting and stolen bases records. I was also named Stony Brook’s Female Athlete
of the Year in 1997.

My slo-pitch career began at age 10 on the PAL Bullets and then joined RBI’s in my mid-teens. I
took 2 years off for a college internship and then came back and played on the Shooters in 1999
and 2000. Shooters disbanded and I then played with the Long Island Tides who then changed
names to the L.I. Hurricanes. Both teams managed by Hall of Fame Coach Bob DeAngelis. I
played for Bobby for approximately 17 years until the Hurricanes disbanded in 2017. Highlights
of those years included placing 2nd in Womens B Worlds in 2004, placing 2nd in Womens D
Worlds in 2012, and placing 3rd in Womens D Worlds in 2014 all at the Wide World of Sports at
Disney.

From 2018 – 2021 I played with Connecticut Storm managed by Mary Cavataro and enjoyed
much success there including coming in 3rd place in Women's C Worlds at Space Coast Stadium.
I played Coed for several years and was a starter in the outfield. Highlights included placing 2nd
in Coed C Worlds in 2015 with Billy Bats, 1st in Coed D in 2018 with NSS, and 3rd in Coed D in
2019 with Screwballs.

I took a year off because of back surgery and in 2022, I transitioned from player to coach for the
team Run Like the Winded (RLTW), where I also spot played as well. I look forward to giving
back to the sport by continuing to coach.
