Mo is a native of Memphis, New York. She was a power hitting shortstop graduated from Ithaca College in 1981. While earning a degree in Physical Education, she played both Basketball and Softball

Fulton, Ithaca, Syracuse and Rochester. Her softball career has spanned more than 25 years. She has received many honors and awards have been achieved during that period, including 4 All World Team selections.

Her success is due in large part to outstanding teammates and coaches.
