Paul Louis Conley, was the oldest of 7 siblings born to Paul R and Mary E Conley on October 10.1945. the Family migrated over from Canada.  Paul attended Ben Franklin High School and lettered in 4 sports; Baseball, Basketball, Soccer and Wrestling.  He then attended Monroe Community College (MCC) and became their first 3 sport Hall of Fame Inductee in Baseball, Basketball and Soccer.  He was an All-American Soccer Goalie on their 1965 NJCAA National Championship Team. He then attended St. John Fisher.  He worked over 30 years for Kodak Office, IBM, Hewlett Packard and Affiliated Computers. He is now a Service Tech for ATOS/Xerox. Paul played two years of Winter Baseball in Puerto Rico for the Pittsburgh Pirates Organization.  He was a 5 time All-Star Center Fielder for Kodak Fast Pitch League and 5 time All-Star Second Baseman for the Kodak Office IMC Slow Pitch Team.

Paul was a 2 Time Batting Champion and 5 time All-star player in the Liga Alomar/Clemente Softball League. Paul has spent 0ver 30 years as a College Baseball and Softball Umpire with ECAC, NCAA, CBUA and USSSA.  He was also an Alternate Umpire in the International Baseball League

Paul is the Clinic Chairman for IAABO Board 60 Boys High School Basketball.  He has work 3 Ronald McDonald All-Star Games and is on the United Sports Board Council for Basketball to negotiate for high School Sports involving Section Five.  He was chosen Official of the Year in 1992. Over the past 13 years he has been an Official in the Pro American Basketball Association.  Paul was inducted into The Rochester Softball Hall of Fame in 2012.

Paul Resides in the Town of Greece with his wife Ethel and their 2 young Adults, Phoebe Angela and Paul “Chipper” Ramon
