Fran Stinziano

Fran is a life-long resident of Syracuse, New York, where he resides with his wife, Analisa, and two daughters, Adele and Joslin.  He is a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy, Choate Rosemary Hall Prep School, LeMoyneCollege and the Syracuse University College of Law.  Fran is a partner in the law firm of GilbertiStinzianoHeintz& Smith, P.C., and has been a Panel Member for the New York State Bar Association on Continuing Legal Education programs related to real estate transactions.

Fran played slow pitch softball for 17 years starting in 1991 at the age of 19 after a decision to stop playing college baseball.  He played primarily for The Change of Pace and Tully’s Restaurant.  Fran’s teams appeared in 4 World Series in a 7 year span, finishing 3rdin 1995 and 1997, and won several League, City of Syracuse, New York State and N.I.T. Championships.  As a tournament participant and member of those Championship Teams, Fran was named to multiple All-Tournament teams, including an All World selection in the 1995 World Series where he was also named the tournament’s Most Valuable Defensive Player for his play at 3rdBase.
