Phil was raised in Smithtown, NY and is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.  He is married to Linda and has 2 beautiful girls, Lauren and Sara.

Phil’s 20+ year softball career was primarily played with 2 teams- Schubert’s Auto Body and New York’s dominant team of the 90’s, Gasoline Heaven.

Known as one the best leadoff hitters in the country, Phil’s batting average for his last 3 seasons with Gas Heaven was an incredible .807.  He won the batting title in the last 3 National Tournaments he played in 1999, 2000 and 2001.
