Team Dawg / Worth Sports

Shared many league and playoff championships with a multitude of tournament championships over the past 25 years. To be recognized by the NYS USSSA as the Team Of Distinction and inducted into the NYS USSSA HOF- as a "TEAM" is a testament to the success achieved by this dedicated group of athletes.

But it also reminds me what I love about baseball, softball and sports in general.  The power and potential of teamwork. A group working together to be greater than the sum of its parts. Through commitment, friendship and loyalty, this team has stuck together and achieved more than our skill set should have allowed.  Both in games and in longevity. It makes me proud to be part of such an organization.  It reaffirms my passion for these men and in friendship in general.

You see, Friendship is what kept this team together year after year.  We have achieved the "MAGIC” on the field because the magic that exists inside the hearts of each of my teammates.  Throughout our years together the most impressive statistic we’ve achieved is measured in the very human measurements of respect and friendship.  I truly feel honored.
