Gary is from the Rochester area where he was a 2 year All-County Section Five baseball player at Irondequoit High School. He went on to play at the University of Rochester, in the Baltimore Orioles Minor League system and the Semi-Pros.
Gary played slow pitch softball for 40 yrson some of the great teams such as Al’s Green, BrentonMotors, Hegedorns, Ragu, etc… He also managed and sponsored teams, including the 1972 WomensWorld Champions that were managed by Duane McCoy. The Muxworthy’sGreen and Gold team continued on to win many more tournaments and championships as the Pace Green and Gold.
Gary has been in the ski and sporting business for over 45 yrs. He presently holds the position of Director of Advertising and Sales in Western New York for the Buffalo Sabresof the National Hockey League.
Gary is a member of the Rochester Slow Pitch Hall of Fame.
