Jim Ferra

Ferras Furniture Service ia a family owned and operated business that was started by Jim’s father Anthony Ferra in 1970. Over the next 40 years it has served Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse furniture stores. The business has serviced furniture for customers that purchase their furniture from major companies, as well as working with several factory's. We have been keeping people comfortable for many years.

Jim’s father started Ferra's softball in 1972. Jim on the team with his father for 10 years till 1986 and that is when Jim took over Ferra's furniture service and the ball team and his father "retired from the game" Jim thanks his dad for teaching him how to be an entrepreneur, player, coach and organizer.

Over the years Ferra's has won over 250 tournaments including 12 New York State Championships, finished 2nd in "C" Worlds in 1997,several NIT's and in 2004, won the USSSA “D” Worlds in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

Jim and his family want to thank everyone that has ever worn a Ferra's uniform from 1972 till 2009. Each and everyone means a great deal to them!
